Where a client setting imposes more stringent health and safety standards than our own, we employ additional practices wherever practicable.
Lancovid has the infrastructure and technology-enabled capabilities necessary to facilitate the flawless delivery of our service to all of our customers robustly and flexibly.

All current practices must be followed, including obtaining a health certificate, maintaining social distance, and wearing masks by current CDC recommendations.

We encourage personnel to use facial covers following CDC recommendations while heading outdoors.
Face covers may be “fashioned from everyday household objects or created at home” using scarves, bandanas, or fabric towels.
Lancovid will continue to monitor the situation and take necessary action to protect the safety, health, and welfare of its workers, customers, and the communities in which it operates.

While all Lancovid offices are closed at the moment, LAN remains functioning.
LAN employees work remotely and make site visits as needed by applicable local and state shelter-in-place orders.
As defined by the United States Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), LAN’s work is critical, and we will continue to provide high-quality services to our customers.

The majority of the SIP Orders already in effect throughout the nation are based on the US Department of Homeland Security – Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) criteria for identifying vital services.
Lancovid services are recognized as vital under this advice, and as a consequence, we continue to serve our customers.
Lancovid services the following groups of customers and communities, as defined in the CISA guidance:
Transportation and logistics of water and wastewater Public works and infrastructure support services
We will continue to provide high-quality services to our customers while maintaining staff safety.

Several states and towns where Lancovid operates have issued Shelter-in-Place (SIP) Orders in the previous week.
Many of the tasks performed by Lancovid in connection with public infrastructure are considered necessary under these SIP Orders.
To ensure the continued protection of our personnel and provision of services to our customers
LAN has established the following guidelines:
- Employees covered by a SIP Order are permitted to leave their residences only for “essential” or exempt purposes.
- Any employee who is subject to a SIP Order who is required to leave home to perform a job function (such as attending a client meeting or site visit, gaining access to a company office, delivering a plan set, etc.) may do so only if the job function falls within an important reason as defined in the SIP Order and the employee has received management approval.
- Before executing any important work function away from home, all employees subject to a SIP Order must inform Lancovid through email.

Lancovid is taking action in response to the COVID-19 incident to safeguard its workers, customers, and the communities we serve.
We’ve implemented a Coronavirus Response and Continuity Plan by CDC recommendations for travel and personal protection, including hand sanitization, hygiene standards, social distancing best practices, and work-from-home regulations.
- To begin, all workers have been asked to work from home until further notice to preserve their health and the communities in which we live.
- We’ve invested in the tools and training essential to work, communicate, and cooperate remotely during the previous decade.
- Our strengths in communications, security, mobile hardware, and cloud computing, including WebEx, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Teams, and a variety of other technologies, will enable us to maintain the quality of service our customers have come to expect.
Lancovid personnel has on-demand access to our offices for printing, shipping, and other production duties.
Second – Lancovid has prohibited all foreign business and non-essential internal plane travel.
Employees who have been to a country where the CDC has issued a Level 3 warning, have been exposed to someone who has coronavirus, or have tested positive for coronavirus are obliged to self-isolate/quarantine for 14 days from the date of last exposure.
- Before returning to work, all self-isolating workers must notify our Human Resources staff.
- Lancovid workers will continue conducting site visits and attending customer meetings following government advice.
- As the severity of COVID-19 rises, we are committed to overcoming obstacles and doing all possible to suit our customers’ demands.

Rates of vaccination and confirmed COVID cases
The University of California requires that all UCLA students, faculty, and staff who live, work, or learn on campus or other UCLA properties be immunized against COVID-19 — with limited exceptions and accommodations for medical or religious reasons, as well as deferrals for pregnant women.
Since March 16, 2020,
UCLA has released weekly updates on the number of students, teachers, and employees — on and off-campus — diagnosed with COVID-19 by medical experts.
By campus-wide infectious disease response standards, anyone identified as being at risk of COVID-19 due to exposure to an infected individual will be contacted if they need quarantine and testing lancovid
